John DeRosa - Director of Contractor Training & Customer Experience

John DeRosaJohn brings a wealth of experience in the contractor training space. He comes to SRS Distribution Inc. from our manufacturer partner IKO, where for almost 9 years he assisted our customers in improving their businesses. He is extremely well-respected in the contractor community and will be a big asset to SRS as we continue to build strong customer connectivity and loyalty.

Prior to his role at IKO, John did great deal of sales in his prior companies. He sold for Shield Family Brands and United Window and Door. DeRosa facilitated more than 1,000 seminars throughout the United States and Canada. In his 24 years’ experience, he authored several educational programs including The Contractor Survival Program,™ How Gross Is Your Net? ™ Sales Dynamics for Contractors,™ and Behavior Dynamics in Selling.™

In addition to being a guest-columnist for Roofing Contractor magazine, DeRosa is a frequent speaker with Florida Roofing Association of Roofing Professionals (FRSA), International Roofing Expo (IRE), Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), and Angie’s List’s Festival of Service.

DeRosa received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with an emphasis in Business Administration, from the University of Buffalo. He resides with his family in Orchard Park, NY. John will be based out of the B&L office in Buffalo, and will travel extensively to all regions.
